Integrate a listening first approach into your yoga practice.
Trauma-informed yoga for Nashville and beyond.
We are a certified provider of Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), the first evidence-based yoga intervention for trauma. We offer individual and group sessions in-person in Nashville and online for anyone in the United States.
Yoga designed for you.
Our practices support anyone looking to build awareness through mindful movement. Are you:
New to yoga?
Curious about using yoga as a tool to support mental health?
An experienced practitioner seeking to bring a new approach to your practice?
Looking for a yoga practice tailored to your specific physical or emotional needs?
Our approach
We believe yoga is a practice of listening to yourself. Our approach is mindfulness-based, body-positive, and choice-centered. This means:
We don’t use physical assists.
We use invitational language and remind you that you can change the practice at any time.
We focus on how a shape feels, not what it looks like.
We don’t assume any one shape or movement will be more helpful than another. Discovering what works for you is part of the healing power of yoga.
