We are a certified provider of Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), the first evidence-based yoga intervention for trauma. We offer individual and group sessions in-person in Nashville and online for anyone in the United States.

Our approach

We believe yoga is a practice of listening to yourself. Our approach is mindfulness-based, body-positive, and choice-centered. This means:

  • We don’t use physical assists.

  • We use invitational language and remind you that you can change the practice at any time.

  • We focus on how a shape feels, not what it looks like. 

  • We don’t assume any one shape or movement will be more helpful than another. Discovering what works for you is part of the healing power of yoga.
