Individual Sessions

Let’s design a practice
that works for you.

In individual sessions, we work together to co-create a mindful movement practice that best supports you. You choose the pace and style of practice, with the option to incorporate elements of Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga or mindfulness meditation techniques. Individual sessions are available in-person in Nashville or virtually to anyone in the United States.

Facilitator

All individual sessions are currently facilitated by Marysa Manning.

Individual Session Pause

Listening First Yoga has paused work with new individual clients as our facilitator prepares for maternity leave. Marysa will discuss plans with current clients on an individual basis. Please check back here in 2026 for updates on individual session options.
