Organizations

Integrate yoga as a wellness practice for your staff or clients.

Self care is a practice. Customized yoga and meditation practices for corporations, non-profits, and private groups are available now.

Does your organization serve clients living with the impacts of complex trauma or post-traumatic stress? Ask us how Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) can support their recovery.

Choose the style of practice that serves you or your clients.

Choose a chair-based practice, a mat-based practice, or a combination! 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions available.
Psycho-education about stress, trauma, and the body as a resource can be included with movement practices.

What is TCTSY? What does it mean to be “evidence-based?”

Listening First Yoga is one of the few yoga providers in Tennessee to offer Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), an evidence-based adjunctive treatment for complex trauma and post traumatic stress. TCTSY is based in foundational frameworks of trauma theory, attachment theory, and neuroscience, and qualified for inclusion in the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP) database published by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

TCTSY’s evidence-based designation means it often qualifies for grant funding from federal, state, and private funders. Contact us below for additional information, including Nashville-specific grant language that can be included in applications.
