Explore the fundamentals of strength training in a trauma-informed setting, perfect for those new to weightlifting or looking to transition from yoga to strength training. Learn functional movement patterns like hinge, squat, push, pull, lunge, and carry, and with options to add weight. Tailored to your unique range of motion, this class provides a supportive environment to help you feel confident in beginning your strength journey!
